What exactly is The Transformation System?

The Transformation System is a new system stylists and salons can use to strengthen and expand professional skills, differentiate themselves from the competition, make more profit from existing clients and gain new clients.

We have developed specific hair products that allow the stylist to add high quality,100% human hair to the client's natural hair easily and quickly in order to add the density, length, volume and color needed to achieve the desired final design.

The Transformation System is a comprehensive sales and service technique with specially-designed products that we developed in order to teach salons how to turn the skill of adding additional hair into a profit center for their overall business.

Okay, we already have a stylist who does extensions, so why would I want to get into another expensive, time consuming system?

We've found many salons have one or two stylists who do extension services, but the extension services function as a specialty service targeted to a small, elite clientele. Many salons have had mixed results with these extension services, and therefore limit the focus and investment, so extensions never really pay off for many salons even though they promise to be a big revenue generator.

The Transformation System is a process to sell and add additional hair to your existing and new clients. It is not a hair-extension system.

Our classes are designed to teach you our System. We do not make a profit from our classes as many companies do. Our System and products only work when the products are used properly by highly-skilled stylists. Our goal is to help you build business in your salon.

So how is this "system" different from an extension system, and how does it work?

Everyone in the salon potentially could benefit from The Transformation System. It works by having many stylists learn the techniques and method, not just one or two, so you can attract new clients and up-sell existing clients. This leads to more profit.

The price point is much lower with our system than with a hair extension service, but the generated income is still in the hundreds of dollars per hour. So, more stylists adding hair to more clients in less time while buying less hair = a new profit center for the entire salon.

I have clients with thin or thinning hair; how can I create natural-looking, easy-to-wear additional hair for them?

The Transformation System gives you the tools to take almost any client, with almost any type of natural hair, and transform them. Your skills in hairdressing can do amazing things but, if the natural hair is too damaged or non-existent, you are limited. Your client is left spending money-with everyone else besides you-in a vain attempt to solve the problem.

Can you style, cut and color as normal after you add the additional hair?

Yes, you can continue to cut, color and style both your client's natural hair and the additional hair with ease. We cover a few troubleshooting tips in the Certification Training, but most clients have color. This system is designed to work in parallel with this top salon service.

How expensive is the product to buy once I complete the certification?

Our products are competitively priced, but our quality has been favorably compared to the most advertised hair-extension and hair-goods company. All of our products are re-usable. They are adhesive-free, so you can make more money per maintenance while charging the client less!

What kind of support can I expect after I take the seminar and am certified?

We focus on customer service. We have excellent technical support available to answer any questions you may have regarding the application, care and maintenance of the hair attachments.

We are also here to help you gain and retain clients. We have multiple new media methods ready to help you build your name and attract new clients to these in-demand services. These bonuses are explained at length in our Certification class.

What do you mean by "Money-Back Guarantee"?

I have heard that extensions or adding hair can cause damage to the natural hair. Should I expect some damage or breakage on my clients' hair?
Our goal is to build our business as you build yours. We have taken great pains to come up with hair goods that can be worn over time, easily and without damage to the natural hair.

Hair additions, like any salon service, can be done correctly or incorrectly. As we all know, some clients just don't wear and care for their hair as well as the majority of your clientele does.

We will teach you what to look for, both before you do the extension service and after the service, in order to determine which problems are application errors and which are client errors, so you know how to address the problem and find a solution.

How long will the TFM System last after the first service?

After the initial service, your clients will come back for maintenance approximately every 2 months. At the maintenance, the additional hair is refitted back into the original position.

Depending on the client and how they wear and care for their Transformation hair--and their own--the client will need to replace some connections after approximately 4 months. The Transformation Volumizer will be replaced 2-3 times per year.

Is this system really easy enough to learn so I can do it in my salon after one day of training?

Yes, our system is very easy to master. You can learn to fit the Connections in about an hour. This allows us to spend more time on design, placement, sculpting, and customer service and other business-related and very critical details of the system.

Why become certified? If the products are so easy to learn and apply, why not just buy them?

We realize some stylists and salons already have established and successful systems in place, so we do allow stylists who are already trained and doing a successful business in additional hair to buy our products to fit their specific needs. Not all salons and stylists do volume sales or wish to alter or grow the business they have.

A certified Transformation salon, though, receives special privileges and support through our company. In order to protect our brand and oversee how our products are used on the public, we only recognize--or "certify"--those who have successfully completed our training. This protects everyone by keeping our quality and standards high.

What makes your hair products different from other brands that are more popular?

First, quality. Our hair quality sets us apart from other companies that sell hair goods. Second, our products are designed to be reused with ease and simplicity, so the stylist continues to make money even while the client pays less because less hair is purchased. Do the hair additions look natural, and are they truly tangle-free?

Our hair products have a very fine and soft feel and look. With the Transformation System, the stylist is trained to make additional hair lie naturally and blend in seamlessly with the natural hair.

Do your hair additions really stay in the natural hair? My clients are active, and I know some other hair products and extensions fall out and cause trouble.

Yes! We tested our final Transformation Connection prototype on the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. If they could stay in and look natural, soft and beautiful under such extreme conditions, we knew we had something unique and special.

How do I know if I will have enough clients to make the seminar worth my investment?

If you are reading this, it means you are looking to expand your training and income this year. No system or product will sell or create itself. The person behind it must invest the time to learn…and implement the lessons learned.
